Helen’s career began in live TV, directing high-energy performances for artists like Gorillaz, Foo Fighters, and John Legend. Her passion for music culminated in directing Ennio Morricone’s orchestra at Abbey Road Studios for The Hateful Eight soundtrack. After collaborating with Jamie Oliver on a TV series, she transitioned to food storytelling, capturing the essence of ingredients and the culture around them.
